For Convey, I provide end-to-end support across campaign planning, brand strategy, and communications, partnering directly with the leadership team to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives. My scope spans content planning, in-depth research, and writing for articles, industry features, ABM/ABX, and strategic campaigns (including M&A and transformation comms).
I lead the planning and execution of new branding and messaging across channels, oversee the creation of campaign materials, and provide hands-on design (as needed) for playbooks, case studies, social posts, ads, one-sheets, videos, and executive presentations. My role combines creative direction, copywriting, and strategic counsel, ensuring Convey’s market story is cohesive, credible, and tailored for every audience and business milestone.

Developed the content strategy, outline, and original writing for a comprehensive storm preparedness playbook aimed at utility companies, centering on practical guidance and actionable steps to support their audiences before, during, and after severe weather events. Extended the campaign with a supporting blog post, articles, and targeted Google ads to amplify reach, drive engagement, and position utilities as trusted partners in community safety and resilience.
Product Upsell Campaign
The High Throughput campaign aimed to spotlight an advanced add-on feature available within one of Convey’s core products, specifically designed to help clients rapidly accelerate their crisis communications during high-traffic periods. Many existing customers were unaware of this valuable capability, making targeted education and outreach essential for adoption.
I developed the whole campaign strategy and execution plan, orchestrating a multi-channel approach: email sequences for customer nurturing, a coordinated social media push, website updates featuring benefit-driven messaging, and outbound SDR efforts for personalized sales engagement. The narrative consistently focused on the business-critical speed and efficiency this feature enables organizations to achieve when handling urgent, real-time communication needs.
The Results? The campaign’s integrated approach succeeded on all fronts: it generated multiple qualified conversations and sales calls with current clients, drove meaningful awareness and engagement via social platforms, and resulted in upsell agreements with three established customers. By bridging education and proactive outreach, the High Throughput campaign demonstrated the impact of coordinated, customer-centric communication on business growth.
