Launched and led creative direction for the brand’s entry into TMall in China, driving market positioning, brand identity development, and website localization based on in-depth research and regional consumer insights. Oversaw campaign planning for local holidays, built the launch and seasonal campaign calendar, and worked closely with leadership to ensure all digital, content, and marketplace activities positioned the brand as a top-five prestige beauty contender within the first six months. Acted as brand guardian and liaison between global stakeholders and China marketing to maximize local impact and long-term growth.
