Led creative concepting and final design execution for 33 Kingsway, a newly revitalized commercial property. Inspired by the dramatic atrium skylight and soaring vertical space, I developed the “Butterfly” concept—a metaphor for transformation and renewal that became central to the brand story.
To launch the refreshed space, I commissioned bespoke event invitations featuring hand-crafted origami butterflies by a local artist, each placed within a custom-designed box. This tactile, memorable experience set the tone for an exclusive event, drawing in discerning clientele seeking a truly unique address.
Designed an immersive parallax website to showcase the building’s architecture and skyline, matching the real-world grandeur. Created onsite informational collateral, with each design element echoing openness, elevation, and the property’s signature identity. This multifaceted approach positioned 33 Kingsway as a destination for those who value distinctiveness and creativity in their commercial environment.
